MCN is expanding our service array with openings for master level clinicians.
Degree must be in counseling, psychology, or social work with limited or full licensure in the State of Michigan.

Montcalm Care Network serves adults and children with mental illness and developmental disabilities while specializing in models of integrated health and co-occurring treatment.
MCN is the respected leader of behavioral health care in our community and actively partners with various community providers.
Positions are open working with a variety of populations including children with mental health and developmental disabilities and adults with mental illness.
Openings include:
*Outpatient Therapist *- Outpatient Therapists provide psychotherapeutic intervention to individuals, families, and groups across the life span.
Experience in evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT is preferred but training opportunities are available.
Outpatient Therapists provide a combination of in-person and telehealth services.
A four-day work week with some evening hours is available.
Practice locations include Stanton and Greenville.
Competitive pay and benefits with average pay ranging from $60,000 to $73,000 depending on licensure and experience.
*Home Based Specialist *- Home Based Specialist provides intensive therapeutic intervention to children (ages 0-17) and their families in a home and community-based setting.
Position requires ability to coordinate care with multiple providers.
Experience in evidence-based practices such as trauma-informed CBT a plus.
A four-day work week with two evenings is required.
Competitive pay and benefits with average pay ranging with full license from $56,969 to $77,796.
*School Based Mental Health Clinician or Social Worker – 10 Month role with health insurance benefits year around.

Montcalm Care Network in partnership with the Montcalm Area ISD is seeking a master level clinician to provide mental health supports in the local Montcalm County school districts.
Will consider a Bachelor of Social Work with license and current enrollment in an MSW program.
Positions are scheduled for 10 months, August through mid-June.
Clinicians work in collaboration with the assigned local district to establish universal mental health practices for students, assist in the implementation of social-emotional learning curriculums, provide group intervention for at risk students, and act as a liaison for community mental health services.
Mid-range salary: $50,000 - $64,800
