*LVN/LPN - Long Term Care (Nights) Traverse City, MI* *Profession: *LVN/LPN *Specialty: *Long Term Care, LVN/LPN *Shift Times: *6:30 PM - 7:00 AM *Shift Notes:* 1 evening shift (6:30pm-7am) No Call / Every Other Weekend ( 36 Hour Guarantee) *Weekend Requirements: *Every Other Weekend * At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - *Required* * BLS (AHA) - *Required * As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you can positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents that you care for through providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the Nursing Assistants.
This care is in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act; current federal, state, and local standards.
