What is PACE North? PACE stands for Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age.
What does that mean? We care for the elderly daily both at our state-of-the-art day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home.
Never heard of us before.
That’s okay, we’re new to the region.
We began serving the elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it’s growing quickly!

What does a Remarkable RN Leader for our CNA Team do at PACE North? You’ll be a key partner providing inspirational leadership, coaching, and development to the best team of CNA’s in the area! You’ll be fully responsible for our Day Center and Home Care operations, help maintain compliance with all State and Federal requirements, ensure that communication between your team and other parts of the organization are effective, and work closely with our quality system to ensure a great set of policies and procedures.
Finally, you'll be able to provide PACE North participants with the most cheerful and professional leadership they've ever received!
Requirements:
What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach.
If leadership is your passion, consider this role.
You should have at least an associate degree, but we’d prefer a bachelor's degree.
Additionally, you should be a licensed RN with a CPR certification and valid driver license.
We’d also like to see 2 years of comparable relevant leadership experience, preferably in a home or community health setting.
We’re also looking for success working in a team environment.
In a key leadership role like this, it’s also critical to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
We’re also looking for your demonstration of those great leadership traits that match PACE North values, Compassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Community, Quality, and Safety.
