Skilled Nursing LPN

```Duties``` - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and record vital signs of patients - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans - Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding - Perform routine procedures, such as catheter care and wound dressing - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques ```Qualifications``` - Valid LPN license in [state] - Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse - Knowledge of nursing principles and practices - Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations - Familiarity with case management and patient assessment techniques - Ability to operate medical equipment and perform basic laboratory tests - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Note: Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
