Adult mature caretaker desired for furnished centennial farmstead in northern Michigan near the town of Luther.
Modest but well maintained rustic farmhouse.
Responsibilities would include housekeeping, lawn care plus general repairs and maintenance.
Must enjoy handy work like painting and working with historic buildings.
Conscientiousness, attention to detail and carpentry skills plus experience with power and hand tools are important.
Low $500/month rent for one mature adult plus utilities in exchange for 15 hours of work per week.
Short term residency from June through October.
Strictly a non-smoking property.
Background check required and references very important.
