Deadline: May 15, 2024 District/Organization: Brimley Area Schools Position/Type: Superintendent, full time Salary: $95,000-$110,000 Position Details The Board of Education for Brimley Area Schools is in search of a new superintendent.
Brimley Area Schools is located in Michigan’s gorgeous Upper Peninsula just 15 miles west of Sault Ste.
Marie in the town of Brimley.
Our District is one mile from the entrance to Lake Superior and our area boasts many other inland lakes.
Our area offers many opportunities for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, camping, and boating, just for starters.
Our District covers approximately 400 square miles and services 450 students in kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Our District employs the following administrative positions: One middle/high school principal (7-12), one elementary school principal (K-6), one Food Service Director, one Director of Buildings and Grounds, one Office Manager, one Director of Technology, and one Athletic Director.
The District contracts Business Services through the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District.
Compensation will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and requirements of the position.
A salary range has been established at $95,000 through $110,000.
