EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must possess a current, valid drivers license with a chauffeurs endorsement.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a clear driving record of a minimum of the past 5 years.
Driver's license may not have been revoked at any time in the last 36 months.
Must have at least one-year experience driving large cargo trucks.

To safely transport our guests, employees, and other designated persons to their destination with an emphasis on friendliness and customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Knowledge of casino events and promotions as well as area attractions
Promote facility, services, programs and events while interacting with guests.
Routinely perform inspection of shuttle bus for mechanical, safety, or equipment problems
Maintain a high-level of cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle buses
Record all required reports and data-entry on appropriate forms
Familiarity with all rules, regulations and policies pertaining to assigned duties
Perform and adhere to proper procedures for signing keys and shuttle busses in and out for each shift
Stay informed of all events by reading department communications that are posted
Other duties as assigned by management

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality.
The needs for quickness and ease of adjustment to the work environment and flexibility to change are essential in this position.
Must be informative and deal effectively with guests and employees while being friendly at all times.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED
In most cases, 14 passenger, GVWR 11,500lb shuttle, 12 passenger with 2 w/c positions, GVWR 14,500lb shuttle and on occasion, smaller passenger vehicles.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
and be able to sit for long periods of time while working alone in an enclosed vehicle.
Required to have corrected normal range of hearing and sight.
May be required to bend, stretch, reach, crouch and possibly crawl to secure wheel chairs on the handicap shuttles
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to handle unique situations while remaining calm, focused and professional.
Must be able to deal with difficult people without losing perspective.
Must be able to work productively under strict time restraints with variable deadlines.
Must be able to handle multiple calls and communicate effectively over the radio.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able and willing to work in or near a crowded, loud smoking environment.
May be required to work in small, enclosed spaces.
Must practice all safety policies, procedures and standards as set by OSHA.
Driving in seasonal conditions and changes.
We operate in all types of weather.
Most work is performed in 14-24 passenger shuttle buses.
COMMENTS
Native American and Tribal Preference will apply.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and a drug and alcohol urinalysis as a condition of employment.
Must be able to work flexible hours and to take on additional responsibilities when asked.
Must adhere to company policies regarding strict confidentiality.
