Transporter (School Bus)
LOCATION OF WORK:

M.
student pickups begin in Central Lake, followed by Ellsworth, East Jordan, and Boyne City, ending at Boyne Falls Public School.
PM route is reversed at days’ end.
CERTIFICATION:
Meet State requirements for licensing, physical exam required (including diabetes questionnaire if applicable), approved driving record of less than 7 points (for CDL-driver applicants)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Capable of lifting adaptive equipment (25-35 lbs)
- Capable of bending over / squatting down to the bus’s floor and back up, including using bus stairs without assistance
- Meet the requirements of MI.

- Demonstrate responsibility, dependability, efficiency, and the ability to work with others
- Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of handheld tablet
- Demonstrate the ability to keep all information regarding a student and their family confidential
- Attend three in-service sessions per master agreement
