*Selection Coordinator*
*Overview:*
Greenwald & BC, Inc.
is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Selection Coordinator to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Project Managers to streamline the selection process after bidding, ensuring a seamless transition to project execution.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
*Responsibilities:*

Selection Coordination:*_
* Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements and client preferences.
* Coordinate the selection process for materials, finishes, and design elements.
* Work with clients to understand their vision and guide them through available options
Assist clients with making selection decisions.
Create a detailed list of all materials, set goals for final materials selections.
Make sure all selections are signed off on by the customer.
* Ensure selections adhere to project budget and timeline constraints

Change Order Management:*_
* Assist Project Managers in evaluating and documenting change order requests.
* Coordinate with clients to communicate changes, ensuring clarity and transparency.
* Update project documentation and communicate changes to relevant teams.
_*3.
Communication and Collaboration:*_
* Facilitate effective communication between clients, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
* Work closely with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary information and quotes.
* Maintain organized records of selections, change orders, and project communications.
_*4.
Project Support:*_
* Provide support to Project Managers in various project-related tasks.
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution.
* Attend project meetings and contribute insights related to selections and changes.
*Qualifications:*
_*1.
*__*Experience*_: Prior experience in a comparable role within the construction or related industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
A passion for working in a field associated with interior design or possessing experience in interior design is also desirable.

Communication Skills*_*:* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
There will be a tremendous amount of follow-up and client communication to keep up on with this position.

Organization*__: _Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail*_*:* A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate documentation and coordination of selections.
