VINTAGE Indiana 1976 Skull w Wings Heavy BELT BUCKLE Vietman Navy Seal - $40 (Traverse City)

I know absolutely nothing about clothing and/or accessories.
Size is approximately 2.
5" x 2.
75" and the weight is just over 5 ounces.
This belt buckle is from the estate of a U.
S.
Navy Seal during the Vietnam War era.
He was also the author of numerous books on the Vietnam War, and was a member of the elite MAGVSOG unit in Vietnam.
I am including with this belt buckle his signature on a small piece of paper along with one of his personal "business" cards, both are shown in the images with the buckle.
With the purchase and upon request, I will add some type of document from his home, a bill, invoice, utility document.

See scans for condition, front appears to have some type of protective finish on it, as it appears to be more of a bronze color, whereas the back is more of a silver or pewter color.
