JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Service Assistant position is responsible for busing and setting tables, assisting to run food, stock server stations, supporting the bartender as well as washing and sanitizing the dining room area, bar area, patio area, general cleaning, and assisting with preparations for overall sanitization and cleanliness efforts.
The primary responsibility of this position is to support our efforts to inspire legendary experiences between friends by supporting restaurant operations and our fellow team members by providing a safe and clean environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS
Cleaning and sanitizing following detailed cleaning checklists for all departments in the sports bar including restrooms
Following and completing cleaning check lists including times when high touch point checklists are required (please review checklists for further clarity as they vary by season as well as by sports bar location)
Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Keeps stations and areas neat and clean by using the clean as you go method.
Sweeps, wet mops and/or brushes floors, as needed or directed by manager.
Wipes down chairs, barstools and tables as directed by management.
Other duties as assigned.
TEAM
Promotes excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company.
Supports and assists team members.
Pre-bus and bus tables.
Restock server stations.
Run food to tables.
Supports servers and bartenders as needed including assisting with glassware cleaning and restocking.
