We are offering up to $22.
50/hour\* during the winter among other benefits (\*base wage + bonuses).
We're looking for an experienced and qualified individuals who will contribute to our creative processes, efficiencies and standards to our culinary team.
Shift meals and employee discounts.
Participate in the prepping, cooking and plating of food based on Company standards.
Maintain a high standard of food quality and cleanliness of work station and overall kitchen.
*Requirements* *Duties & Responsibilities* * Properly stock and organize the line.
* Adhere to all health code sanitation practices for food and cleanliness.
* Follow all prep lists and recipe instructions.
* Consistently cook and prepare all food to chef and company standards.
* Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
* Rotate stock based on FIFO and properly organize product in coolers and dry storage.
* Prep and restock during down time and work the line during service hours.
* Finish all projects that were assigned to you.
* Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
* Work as a team and participate in meetings.
* Bring ideas of food specials and efficiency to your team.
* Possess a sense of urgency at all times * Ability to look forward and fill out prep list and communicate needs and concerns to chef.
* Participate in cleaning projects.
* Clean equipment per manual instructions.
* Participate with opening, during shift, nightly closing duties.
* Clean dishes as you go.
* Ability to fill out order guide.
* Maintain proper hygiene and use of gloves throughout shift.
* Properly handle knives and equipment.
* Arrive to work on time.
*Qualifications* * At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
* Possess good communication skills.
* Able to work well with teammates.
* Possess basic organizational skills.
* Possess a sense of urgency.
* Able to learn new techniques.
* Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
* Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
* Able to multi-task.
* Able to take direction from management and peers.
* Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends, holidays.
* Ability to motivate others.
* Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds.
