Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm 40 hours per week THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Be available to work every other weekend and holidays with mandatory call-ins as required.
Work with all staff to keep the building in good condition, neat, and clean.
Offer companionship and help to build and maintain independence and encourage and possibly lead/assist with social engagement for residents.
Chart as job requires.
Resident Assistant Assist residents in their apartment with dressing, grooming, hygiene, continence care, and bathing.
Escort to and from meals as needed.
Assist in serving meals.
Wash, dry, and deliver personal laundry as scheduled and as needed.
Give medications as ordered and take pulse, blood pressure, pulse ox, temperatures, and do other basic treatments within the scope of training.
May be required to drive or assist residents to doctor’s appointments.
Other duties as assigned.
Housekeeping Maintain community in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition including washing furnishings, floors, and equipment, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying garbage.
Loads and unloads service cart with appropriate supplies at beginning and ending of shift.
Follow schedule for deep cleaning in apartments, stripping and cleaning linens, and remaking beds.
Replenishes supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items.
Change Sharps containers in all areas when cleaning.
Washes windows inside and out.
Assist with washing, drying, and delivery of personal laundry.
Put away supplies in storage area.
Other duties as assigned.
Cook’s Assistant Set tables and serve resident meals in Great Room and deliver meals to apartments.
Work under the cook’s supervision to prepare meals and snacks following all sanitation requirements.
Clean work surfaces and floors in accordance with sanitation requirements.
Wash dishes, pots, and pans, Other duties as required.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
