*We are a busy brewery serving up delicious modern fare, and we need line cooks to join our energetic team.
We will train the right person, but ultimately, we are looking for someone with at least two years experience cooking.
Someone who is hard-working, organized, creative, and passionate about food and customer service.
You will be able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced* *environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player*, *and also able to work unsupervised.
You will also be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends*, *and public holidays.

Job Duties:
* Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
* Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
* Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
