By closing the loop and leveraging agile frameworks, we help business grow organically and foster a consumer first mindset ```Duties:``` - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses - Review financial records and documents to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations - Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and exemptions for clients - Provide tax planning advice to clients to minimize their tax liability - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date tax preparation - Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information - Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions or concerns ```Qualifications:``` - Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures - Previous experience in tax preparation or related field preferred - Familiarity with financial sales and technical accounting concepts - Excellent mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial data - Proficient in using tax preparation software and other relevant computer applications - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
